Monthly HOA Cost is broken down into two sections
The first part of your HOA includes the following:
(1) Pressure washing and/or cleaning the exterior of the dwellings as appropriate from time to time.
(2) Paint, stain and repair exterior of the home including fencing as appropriate from time to time.
(3) Landscaping (including summer months mowing; edging; mulching; trimming of small trees, hedges and shrubs; and general lawn upkeep excluding backyards).
(4) Clubhouse Repairs
(5) Termite maintenance, prevention and control
(6) Common electricity
(6) Entry Gate and Guard House
(7) HOA Admin fees
(8) Ponds
(9) Common area Fencing
(10) Capital Contributions
The Second part of your HOA will also have a discounted Bulk-Rate pricing on the following items to include:
(1) Water/Garbage/Recycling
(2) Exterior Homeowners Insurance (replacement of roofs, gutters, downspouts, and exterior building surfaces, except those matters set forth in governing Declarations)
(3) Internet/Cable
